Grubbies!
The moment we've all been waiting for is finally here. Rotten will begin shipping out your rewards towards the end of September.
Thank you to everyone who participated in our Trial Worm program! We made a lot of changes based on your feedback including:
- Improved texture
- Brighter, more defined colors
- Stronger flavors, especially on our Original Gummy Worms
- Crunchier sour crystals on our Sour Gummy Worms
We can't for you to taste these new and improved worms!
More updates coming soon, including how you can come celebrate our launch with us in person.
For now, please verify and update your address so we know where to ship your rewards to. The deadline to update your address is September 3rd.
To update your address: Request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://rotten.backerkit.com. You will be able to update your address within your survey. Please reach out to [email protected] if you need assistance.
In addition, some of you have add-on items and have not yet been charged. We wanted to give you a little heads up that we plan to charge cards for add-on items you purchased or any additional funds you may owe through BackerKit on September 4th. This charge will appear on your bank statement as "Rotten, Inc.". Please make sure that you have the correct card information on file. If any issues arise with your payment you’ll receive an email letting your know to correct your payment information.
Can't wait for you all to Feed Your Freak - the wait will be worth it.
